Age Requirements and Considerations We love children; however, for the consideration of our guests, we ask that children under the age of 12 only be in the salon or spa if they are receiving services. Gift Certificates A delightful way to introduce someone to the benefits of salon and spa services is through Bel Fiore gift certificates. Returns or Exchanges Returns or exchanges need to be done within the first 7 days of purchase and will only be used towards an exchange or to acquire a store credit. Change/ Cancellation/ No-Show Policy Bel Fiore’s technicians are highly trained professionals who are scheduled to serve you based upon the confirmed appointments you make. It is important to allow at least 24 hours whenever you find it necessary to change or cancel appointments. A credit card number or gift certificate number will be needed to hold appointments. A 25% service fee will be applied to the card or certificate, if a 24 hour notice is not received or if the guest does not show up for the appointment.
